Groggy yet again

These past couple of days I have not been getting much rest.  I wake up minimum twice a night, sometimes more.  My sleep keeps getting broken by something or someone.  My husband has been working day shift and we sleep next to each other.

So from lack of sleep for two days, I finally got my much-needed sleep last night, yet I still feel groggy.

What do you do when you feel groggy and need to wake up your brain and get some energy going?
