Stress stress go away..

Sometimes knowing what stresses you out can be a good thing so that you can deal with it before it comes.  With kids that’s impossible because they are unpredictable.

10 things that bring me stress are:

constant crying

negative/attitudey talk

overworking

feelings of being under appreciated

less sleep

no downtime

less me time

always having to defend myself/actions

less face time with hubby

and the best for last is….constantly checking Facebook.
