Ramadan day 17

So I recently bought Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. She kicks you down to the ground and keeps on kicking, no mercy. I have a few pounds to lose post baby. Taking it slow but have no ideas about what to eat and when. Going to take it one day at a time. If you’re going to do something, don’t wait and just do it!

    I love it. it gives me energy and inshallah i will lose the weight and keep it off
